NaNoWriMo Begins

Today is the first official day of NaNoWriMo!  I’m super excited to get started.  There is a widget with my word count on the lower right  sidebar so you can watch my progress if you’re so inclined.  Although I’m sure my first novel will not see the light of bookstores,  at least I will (hopefully) have written one by the end of the month.  1667 words a day, about 7 pages, is quite a bit, so I may be a little absent around here this month.  I apologize if I’m not visiting as much as usual or if you leave a comment and hear crickets.  I promise I’ll get to them, it just may take a while.

On the other hand, if you find me around more than usual, you have my permission to tell me to stop messing around and  get back to writing.

Best of luck!!! I can’t write 7 pages in a month, let alone a day! I’ll be popping in to check your word count. :-)

Thanks, I’ll need the luck. My wordcount widget seems to be appearing and disappearing magically, so it’ll be like a game to see if it’s here or not. :)

Ooooh, Day 3 and your widget says 7183 words. You are either letting the kids type gibberish or you are kicking butt!! You go girl… :-)

All me! It’s going pretty well, I’m really enjoying it. The quality isn’t very good, but that’s what revisions are for after it’s written. :)

Good for you! Write like the wind. Or something.
