Mirror Mirror

Have you seen the ads for Mirror Mirror?  I have to admit, I’m a fairy tale fanatic and I love when they remake fairy tales.  Especially when they change things around a little and make the princess a little more independent and capable.  And funny. Funny is good.  It looks like Mirror Mirror is  just that kind of movie.  Oh, and it’s PG so the kids can go. Check out the trailer.

Looks like a fun movie, right?  I know I’ll be going to see it when it comes out March 30th.  And the costumes look AMAZING!  Gorgeous and colorful and maybe a little over the top.  I love it!

Plus, Julia Roberts is in it as the evil queen.  She’s one of my favorite actresses.  Look at one of her costumes.

If you’re like me and can’t wait to see this movie, you can visit the Mirror Mirror website. There are some fun dress Snow White games to play and coloring pages to download for free!  You can also follow Mirror Mirror on Pinterest! I’ll be there if you need me.  They have the downloads there and there’s a free iPhone/iPad/iPod touch app, too.

Stay tuned next week, I may have a Mirror Mirror giveaway.  Who knows? (Okay, I do and yes there will be one.)

Are you planning on seeing the movie?  Will you take your kids?  I’m not sure, I may want to enjoy this one without the kids and then just get the DVD for them later. We’ll see if they behave themselves.
