I have finally discovered the secret to a gleaming shower! It came to me recently when I decided to try letting Samantha take showers at night instead of a bath. She likes to shower and the tub was getting pretty crowded with three growing girls in it. We all know overcrowding leads to violence, and there was far too much fighting going on in the tub. Time for Chores
I’ve been going crazy lately with all the stuff I have to do around here. Dishes, laundry, pick up toys, make the beds, clean the house. You know how it is. There seems to be a never ending list of things that need to get done. As soon as one mess is cleaned up, two more have suddenly popped up out of nowhere. Even worse, I wasn’t getting any help. Chores
I plan on having my girls do chores as they get older. I think it’s important for them to help out around the house, teach them responsibility, and teach them life skills. Maybe they’ll have maids, but maybe not. The thing is, I’m not sure at what age I should start them. Sure, I try to make them pick up their toys (let me know if you have some tricks to get them to do that), but otherwise, they don’t do much.
