NaNoWriMo Begins

Today is the first official day of NaNoWriMo!  I’m super excited to get started.  There is a widget with my word count on the lower right  sidebar so you can watch my progress if you’re so inclined.  Although I’m sure my first novel will not see the light of bookstores,  at least I will (hopefully) have written one by the end of the month.  1667 words a day, about 7 pages, is quite a bit, so I may be a little absent around here this month.  I apologize if I’m not visiting as much as usual or if you leave […]

NaNoWriMo Strategy– From Someone With No Actual Experience

I signed up to participate in National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) in November (that’d be in one week).    The idea, write  50,000 words in thirty days.
